About us
As the founder and senior partner in Dental Care Associates and Preferred Dental of Niagara, I take pride in the group of professionals that have assembled over the years. My vision of providing our patients with most phases of dentistry in one office continues to be realized. We have always strived to provide the most educated and well trained dentists to complete the comprehensive treatment to our patients in our state of the art facility.
Personally, I was born, raised and educated in Niagara Falls and completed my Doctor of Dental Surgery education at the State University at Buffalo, School of Dental Medicine in 1980. Since that time I have continued my education with over 1000 hours of continuing education in post-grad educational programs with extensive training in orthodontics and dental treatment of sleep apnea. With this educational background I have focused my general dentistry practice to treatment of adults and children with orthodontics, conventional braces and Invisalign™, along with the dental treatment of sleep apnea.
Professionally I am a member of:
I believe in the organization of dentistry and have served the dental society in several capacities including President of both the Eighth District Dental Society and Niagara County Dental Society and presently serve as chairman of the Governmental affairs council of the society.
Outside the office I am also committed to community service. My present involvements include several local business associations and a board member of both Mount St. May’s Hospital and Niagara Catholic High School. I am also a past Kiwanian.
I reside in Lewiston with my wife, Kari and am very proud that my three children have chosen careers of their own; a son who is an architect, a daughter who is a Registered Nurse in the United States Army and a second daughter who is studying to be a dentist at the SUNY at Buffalo School of Dental Medicine.
My excellent staff and I look forward to helping you and your family in our office with your general dental needs and especially your orthodontic and sleep apnea treatments.
