Chase Dental Health, PLLC is owned and operated by Barry N. Chase, DDS, PC. A 1976 graduate of Georgetown University Dental School, Dr. Chase set up his private dental practice on Long Island, where he has served a satisfied roster of new and returning patients for over 30 years. Dr. Chase provides comprehensive dental care with an unsurpassed level of professionalism. He remains committed to maintaining the highest levels of quality care, is sensitive to patients’ needs and communication, and he fully appreciates the need to minimize patient apprehension with a comfortable, personal and friendly patient environment.
Dr. Barry Chase is a member of the American Academy for Sleep Medicine, American Academy for Dental Sleep Medicine, American Academy for Cosmetic Dentistry, American Academy for Cranio-Facial Pain, American Dental Association, New York State Dental Society, Nassau County Dental Society, Queens County Dental Society, and the New York County Dental Society. Dr. Chase has received numerous certificates in postgraduate training, including, but not limited to programs in Head and Neck Cancer at Sloane Kettering Memorial Hospital, endodontics at New York University Dental School, Dental Sleep Medicine and Cranio-Facial Pain, and Temporal Mandibular Joint Dysfunction.
At Stony Brook University Health and Science Center, Dr. Chase serves on the Advisory Boards of the Polysomnography (sleep study) and Respiratory Care programs.
Dr. Chase is also a member of the National Sleep Foundation and Sleep Apnea Association
