About us
Dr. Johnson is a graduate of the UCLA School of Dentistry and has been in the practice of dentistry since 1986. He has received numerous honors for research on the physiology of the head and neck.
In 2000, he purchased his present practice located in Torrance, California and focuses on all phases of Dentistry including: fixed and removable prosthodontics, cosmetic dentistry, orthodontics, periodontics, endodontics, and oral surgery.
Since 2006, he has immersed himself in the use of lasers to treat periodontal disease. His experience with lasers, the Periolase MVP-7 in particular, has earned him the status of “Certified Instructor” with the Institute for Advanced Laser Dentistry. He has also undergone extensive training and has obtained a California permit to provide Conscious Sedation Dentistry.
Dr. Johnson is a regularly invited lecturer at schools and numerous business and professional organizations on a variety of dental topics. He has also been featured on television as a guest speaker and expert on senior health care needs.
