About us

Dr. Bailey grew up in Elmira, NY, where he graduated from Elmira Free Academy. He was a member of the National Honor Society and lettered in swimming and soccer. Dr. Bailey graduated from Ohio State University in 1983 with a BS degree in Biology and a minor in Microbiology. He continued his education at Case Western Reserve University Dental School. He served as class president for two years before graduating in 1987. Dr. Bailey completed his residency in 1988 at St. Luke's Hospital in Cleveland, OH. He purchased a private practice in Kirtland OH in 1992, where he went on to build a state of the art dental office in 2000. He remains an active participant in Dental Continuing Education Seminars. Dr. Bailey is an active member of the community. He sponsors local baseball, soccer, and basketball school leagues. He supports the band boosters, PTA, football moms and high school stage productions. He is also a supporter of Friends of the Kirtland Library. Dr. Bailey served as president of Kirtland Kiwanis in 2004 and is currently the scholarship chairman. He developed a Kirtland Kiwanis endowment scholarship fund at Lakeland Community College in 2005. He implemented the Toothprints and Save-A-Tooth programs in local area schools, daycares and sporting facilities. |

Dr. Bailey serves as an advisory board member of Lakeland Community College Dental Hygiene program and the Cleveland Institute of Medical and Dental Assisting School. |
||
|
He is an Eagle Scout, Assistant Scoutmaster and merit badge counselor for the Boy Scouts of America. Dr. Bailey is a volunteer for the American Red Cross. |
||
|
He resides in Lake County with his wife and two children. His hobbies include fishing, running, hiking, swimming and Triathlon events. He completed his first marathon in 2006. |
