About us
Dr. Steven Rose was born and raised in San Jose, attending James Lick High School and San Jose State University. He received his dental degree from Loyola University School of Dentistry in Chicago, and then volunteered for two years of active duty service in the Naval Dental Corps, prior to opening his dental office in San Jose in 1975. This year marks his 32nd year of serving the South Valley community.
Dr. Rose has focused a large part of his practice on the treatment of cranio-facial disorders (TMJ, headaches, trauma injuries). He has had the honor of being a keynote speaker and conducting training classes for dentists on this complex area of treatment throughout North America, as well as South America, Europe, Asia and Australia.
Among his extensive honors for involvement with County and professional associations, Dr. Rose chaired the Dental Health Education Committee of Santa Clara County for four years, in which he worked extensively with local politicians, media groups, educators and county offices, in order to promote dental health within our community.
