About us
Dr. Tammy Balatgek received her Doctor of Dental Surgery (D.D.S.) degree from the Ohio State University in Columbus, Ohio. She has earned Diplomate Status with the American Board of Dental Sleep Medicine, Fellowship status in the American Academy of Craniofacial Pain, and Diplomate Status in the American Academy of Pain Management.
She stays up-to-date with over 1000 hours of post graduate education courses in the area of TMJ disorders, facial pain, sleep disorders and orthodontics.
Dr. Balatgek is currently a member of the American Association of Women Dentists, International Association of Orthodontics, the Academy of Dental Sleep Medicine, the American Academy of Sleep Medicine, the American Association of Functional Orthodontics, the American Academy of Pain Management, and the American Academy of Craniofacial Pain.
Dr. Tammy is married to Dr. Ken, also a general dentist. In her spare time, she enjoys cooking, gardening, and spending time with their two daughters, Leigh and Kate. The Balatgek family resides in Sinking Spring, PA
